I loved the fact that someone finally had the stones to ask him a tough question. Of course he got ****ed because he isn't used to that. Mario is a major control freak and Ferman was like a loose cannon to him. The guy makes 8 million a year and he doesn't have the common courtesy or respect to just suck it up and answer the guys question? Hilarious and I especially loved the part about Mario telling the crowd that the game plan was fairly aggressive. Wow! Just Wow!

He’s so powerful here he can do that. Just say whatever nonsense he wants and most media will just nod like a walrus.
 
Just listened to the presser. Big LOL. If anyone's wondering whether we'll continue running into stacked boxes...ABSOLUTELY. Coarch said 'we just have to beat the extra man'. So I guess being outnumbered and finding mismatches in space are irrelevant.
And dodging questions about the decline of the passing game over the last month or so..'I'll have to go back and review film to give you that answer.', choosing to only speak of today's performance. Mario..

Wow, just listened to the press conference and this guy is CLUELESS. He couldn't answer a direct question about Jacurri and continually praised TVD. That last drive sums it all up with TVD. No sense of urgency, horrific use of the clock, and throws an interception at the end with an open Restrepo in front of him. MARIO IS AWFUL AND HE IS AN EMBARASSMENT! There is no way TVD should play the rest of the season. Give the remaining games to Jacurri because you don't actuall y know what we have. The kid has never been able to play a full game. Would be a riot if he transfers and becomes a star elsewhere. If he doesn't pan out tell me what did we lose? Watching TVD ***** up for 2-3 more games. The staff should find a position for Jacurri if he can't be the QB because he is a very gifted athlete. Boy, Mario has rocks in his brains and our offense needs a QB that run, pass, and create plays. Our offense is stale, boring, predictable, slow developing, outdated, with ZERO CREATIVITY! I love our defense in many respects.

Malik rosier and Alex donno talked about next year being able to install motions and other offensive concepts on the post game show last night. Rosier thinks that will help and get easier to install because of the coming off season. Lulz

Bruh this **** has made my gattis hate lower, he had crumbs and wasn’t this bad imo.. Even tho it was gtech gattis had a very good plan for true freshman jacurri

And facts with him running stuff that I didn’t see him do before. Ive been saying this offense has an identity crisis. I have no idea what our plan is

I always say. Don’t judge a coach as great because his qb could be carrying him. . If a lower tier coach has a great year, check his qb. Could be the reason.

See belicheck. Or countless others.

I guess it works the other way too. If a coach has no qb, there is only so much he can do.

Regarding the offense and lack of identity, I was discussing exactly that with a friend after the game. He made the point that it seems like Mario really doesn't know what to run in order to maximize what he has on the rooster. I told him that to me it seems as though Cristobro is in a philosophical no man's land. What I mean is that Mario knows that he wants toughness and physicality and that he wants a punishing running game. Mario is also very much aware of our programs offensive DNA and he knows that the fans want an exciting passing attack that can be both efficient and explosive. He knows that in order to get the type of QB and WR talent that he wants and needs that he has to have an offense that those types of players will want to play in. Instead of integrating the punishing rushing attack with an explosive passing game, he ends up being mediocre at both because #1 he doesn't know how to pick an OC and #2 he is such a meddling control freak he never lets his OC run their offense. Consequently the offense ends up looking like ours the past 6 weeks.

b/c the question was worded like an abortion done with a hanger and the only way to answer is to **** on his entire organization.

TVD was injured and then fell apart mentally. Emory is limited. Jacurri is limited.

Everything else is secondary. Bad QB play makes coaches, WR, RB, TE, and OL all look worse.

Are Bills reporters asking why Josh Allen and the offense currently sucks? Maybe, but I guarantee you they aren’t getting any “real” answers from the head coach.

No HC is going to answer that question and risk losing the entire organization.

Who hooked their wagon to Tvd this year and brought in zero portal qb’s to push him? Even though he’s been hurt here and struggled at times? Who decide to have a true Fr as a backup ? Idiots on this board had enough sense to question all of that.

He could’ve answered the question with “ well Gary have you seen my offenses and qb play the last three years? Are you surprised this has happened “? Then nobody is thrown under the bus lol.

Nearly every school would have wanted TVD including Bama and “idiots on this board” also knew that getting a good backup with TVD here wasn’t very likely. Name the other schools that brought in competent backups to a pre-season top 20 QB … FSU would be in the exact same situation we are in if Travis got hurt.

Of course it would have been great (and smart) to bring in a competent backup but we’re playing the result at this point.
 
I haven’t watched it yet, but if I were handicapping how many times he said “Back to work” it would be at 3. I’m taking the over, btw.
