Post game convo between diaz and dungey

No idea but a good guess would be a complement regarding his guts and fortitude., kid was beat to a pulp and kept on coming. We're lucky this game wasn't played in the dome, will be a tough one next year. Barbers is the real deal.

My guess is that he was giving him props for his toughness. Cuse had over 90 plays, the QB was exhausted at the end of the game and he got hit a ton of times. I can't imagine the QB lasting the season if they have more games with 90 plus plays.

And I don't know why everyone is butt hurt that he was jawing at the defense, it's freaking football.

We beat their QB's ***, we were hitting on him nearly every down.

Probably gave him some props for toughening it out.

Hope he told him to watch it trying to kick our guys in the face on those hurdles.

"Don't get ****ed up, tryna not to get ****ed up".

I'm guessing it was a criticism sandwich. Something like "You showed a lot of hear out there today, as QB you don't want to run your mouth to the sideline, be the leader you can be, and you guys will win a lot of games."

I imagine it was something along these lines. Every Cuban coach I've ever had has given me the same exact speech.

Dungey, frustrated on a day he completed just 13 for 41 passes for 137 yards and those four interceptions, started barking at UM’s sideline after that final incomplete pass.

Quarterman and Anthony Moten got in his face, and Moten had to be restrained by defensive line coach Craig Kuligowski.

Though ESPN’s Bob Wischusen said UM defensive coordinator Manny Diaz was praising Dungey as he walked with him after the game, I’m not so sure of that, based on amateur lip reading. It appeared that Diaz wasn’t happy with Dungey’s antics. Diaz presumably will clarify that this week.

I'll tell you what...our defense under Diaz has taken legitimate years off of lives of select QBs. Will never forget the absolute homicide our D had on Francois last year. This game against Dungey...easily gonna end up dead 5 years sooner now. Skyler Howard in the bowl game, too.

Dungey is a real *****... No lie, we tried to take his heart and that dude fought back... Nothing but respect for that guy

This, he’s their offense, they knew it, we knew it, and at the end of the day the kid has a lot of heart.

I'm pretty good at reading lips. I think Manny told him he played a good game but he needs to shut his f**king pie hole or he gonna get hurt.

I’m an excellent lip reader.

He said, “good game kid, but next time you mouth off to our coaches and try to hurdle one of our players, I’m going to have Shaq and Pinckney skullfūck you in your dead eyeballs. Scoreboard. Have a nice flight back to that miserable shīthole in Syracuse. Buh bye”

I'm not so sure Manny was being as positive as we think. Looked like he was giving him a mini lecture to me.

Lol, the kid loses and Manny crosses the field to lecture him. Total **** move, but funny

He didn't cross the field to lecture him, dumb ***. He was simply boosting the kid up after a tough loss and **** of an effort. It's what good mentors do regardless of sides.

Yeah I saw this but wasn't sure what it was all about. You can see Dungey jawing and a coach in the edge of the frame jawing back then the players step in and he goes back to the sideline. No idea what was said but pretty sure this is what Diaz was talking to him about.

No way in **** Diaz ran up to him to criticize him. Dude deserves props for taking a beating but played like **** outside of our typical blow assignments.
