Why don't you guys save the anger for when/if someone that actually matters gets suspended for a big game. Otherwise this isn't a big deal.

Even a one game suspension is a bit much. At the same time, who cares if it's FAMU, and if it is a suspension, I think it's more about sending a message because he's brand-new to these kids. Remember he hasn't been their coach for that long. In fact, his contact with them has been just a few days. They don't see each other on a day-to-day basis. That's not how it works with the HC, and this may just be a form of communication to the general group.

As far as the thing with the luxury cars, that's partially going to be Richt, but it's also going to be the AD's office, as well as the entire department. In my opinion. This is where Miami has to be super conservative because this DOES involve of the NCAA, potentially.

Suspending a player for retarded reasons can have ramifications that extend beyond those 2 opening games.
