Based on your comment, stay in Greenwich Village. It sounds like you like the nightlife. Probably makes it easier for you to take one of those handsome dudes home, if you two hit it off. I am cheap so I would prefer saving some money being across the river and I am past the nightlife stage. I want peace and quiet, so I would move back to where its a little quieter.
