Did you read what I said? I said nothing about him coming back now. I said one of the reasons he didn’t was because he didn’t want to bother with the waiver process and if this was in effect earlier he could’ve came

There is Texas OL that went undrafted signed as unrestricted free agent
Went to court won an injunction has Eligibility . Pretty Hard for NCAA stop Court Law
 
What I see happening is if players get cut from there NFL practice squad teams or if a team has an injury midseason I could potentially see a scenario where someone could come in midseason

Have to consider the teams budget and what not and what players will demand

What would be interesting as if players who can come back will sign with a different team than what they played for last year

We could probably use a blogging tight end realistically

And taking Wesley back with provides some amazing depth
 
Will they be portal players or do they have to return to their last team?

Maryland of course is the son of Russell Maryland, but I think the family is still ****ed he didnt get an offer out HS.

Metayer was committed to Miami at one point under Manny. Played at Cincy, Colorado, and Arizona St. He also signed with Cincy in December of 2020 and enrolled in June 2021. This shouldn’t apply to him.
