It honestly sounds like you had to have been sitting on your couch in your apartment with absolutely nothing going on for you to get the waiver. I dont think we would have anyone that would be eligible (that we would want that is) because I think one of the rules were if you sign any kind of NFL contract you are ineligible. I could be wrong on that but I saw that somewhere.
