So in year 2 Charlie still can't seem to change the culture.
Here's a hint: if a guy sucks in his second year and the only way to excuse it is to blame nebulous concepts like "the culture the former coach left", the guy can't coach.
It's the same excuse people used for Randy and Al. This **** isn't rocket science.
