Perry to the portal

This is another indictment on this staff. They have failed to properly manage this roster and we're going into another year with giant question marks on the second level. Last year, while we weren't putting teams away we needed to and using garbage time to give young guys reps and we pay the price this year with rolling out green LB's among others.

Staying on brand, we are unable to win games comfortably this year and have no idea what we have in QB past Perry. So, we're going into a huge year on the hopes and dreams that A) King comes back as close to 100% as possible B)TVD/Garcia are the goods all the while still wondering what we are going to have at CB and WR.

Doesn't bode well when we're flying by the seat of our pants every season...this is NOT team building for the long term
What?

N'Kosi Perry is not the future. He had ample opportunities in 2018 and 2019 to seize the starting job. Unfortunately, he squandered those opportunities.

Right move for him with King coming back. Go play.
Here's my issue with King. What if he comes back but is a timid runner? This O is going to brutal with a hobbled dual threat QB that has serious height and field vision issues. I love what King can do, but his limitations just got multiplied if he doesn't come back 100%.

No but for real though... Any pics of Baxa girl? I missed that whole timeline somehow.

Possibly, but there's no guarantee of that if you're Kosi. You need to go play somewhere. And with the way guys recovery usually now it's more likely than not King will be back and good to go.

Smart move!!! Find a school w a competent DC that can get the opposition off the field so you can actually get some snaps. Find a winner for a HC. Best of luck and thanks for putting up w all of the staffs toxicity. 🙌

I'm not referring to Perry - he was, what he was as and you're completely right about '18-19. I'm talking about behind him we've got 2 giant question marks. Just like we had after the LBs went to the NFL and look at how that worked out for us.

He will have 2 more years to potentially be the guy elsewhere. I could see him going to FAU or USF. I gave him a lot of **** but he shut me up with his performance last week. He did beat FSU and boned UNC in 2018.
Jarren Williams transferred to USF so doubt there

Nothing but respect for Kosi. He could have transferred after Jarren and Tate and again after King. He didn’t. He was a great teammate and the perfect guy to be our backup qb, a truly underrated spot on a football team. I wish this guy luck. He beat FSU, gave us the Kosi Clap, and then probably caught the clap from the vid shoots
