Maybe he figured If TVD wasn’t the guy then maybe Garcia would be...kid had the ideal audition and did great.Best of luck to him and I hope all the A/V equipment is first rate wherever he ends up..

he graduates in spring from what I thought. figured he'd wait till then and you have more info on kings recovery. I guess king will be ready by fall camp then

Doesn't bode well when we're flying by the seat of our pants every season...this is NOT team building for the long term

Good for him, not good for Miami. I get it. Even if King wasn’t ready for Bama, he was going to be ready not long after and Kosi’s time as a starter would have almost certainly come to an end upon King’s return. But for Miami, since King is returning then there is no chance to bring in a premium transfer and so now we MAY be depending on two guys in TVD or Garcia, who have NEVER taken a snap. The season is riding on King returning and returning 100%. That’s a huge risk at this point. And it’s a year that we may be having more upper class men returning than usual.

He will have 2 more years to potentially be the guy elsewhere. I could see him going to FAU or USF. I gave him a lot of **** but he shut me up with his performance last week. He did beat FSU and boned UNC in 2018.

Edit: A poster was nice enough to tell me Jarren Williams transferred to USF so doubt Perry goes there. FAU would be my guess then.
