Aren’t universities supposed to be bastions of free expression and art? I find it odd that a university would look to engage in censorship of Perry’s freedom of expression. Some of you tawdry scalawags see pornography where others, like me, see art and protected first amendment expression.

I saw that guy in the video as well. Near the end he came over and started giving Perry a back rub mid stroke.

Exactly what I saw. He was a chubby short shadowy figure with big calves. Couldn’t see his face. But I heard Perry yelling, “You shank! I crank!” at the little guy.

I agree 100%. What he did was completely legal and done by many students across campus. They should be praising him for exercising his first amendment rights. In fact I think Perry may want to join the UM Theatre troupe.

I agree with this theme. Not about kicking him off the team. But it requires immense stupidity to make the choices he has made. Quite remarkable sustained stupidity. I fully believe in litmus tests. With decisions like the ones Perry has made, the stupidity will transfer to football also. He will make poor choices in preparing for the season, and preparing for specific situations, and preparing for specific opponents, along with poor choices in game situations themselves. Moron is a well-chosen word.

This is not a Cam Newton-type who can overcome moron status as a collegian via awesome physical skills.

I don't expect much with Perry. But I don't expect much from this era period. I noticed that even San Diego State will leave us in terms of not having an on-campus stadium. They acquired additional land and will begin building soon. I guess we still have company from UCLA and Pittsburgh and a few others.
