Our RB room

Every time i watched notre dame their run defense didn’t look great, idk if they were young but the dline looked small..Maybe because of the opponents but im not worried about running the ball on them at all i think we will.

But have the best secondary we will face all year by far and our wr room is meh and inexperienced and it will be the first big game they play in, and it’s beck’s first game after injury and surgery.

At some point we will have to pass to keep drives alive, dawson has a tendency to predetermine the run so we will have to convert 3rd and mediums on their secondary.

Statistically their run defense and ours was basically the same. You are correct, their pass defense was top 5. I don’t think there is any team that can stop ua from running the football.

We ran 33x a game.
false we AVERAGED that many a game...

the nice thing about averages is they are inflated when you play **** teams and there is nothing to do for 1 half of football except to run the balll

loss to GT under 30 rushes

loss to syracuse under 30 rushes.

How tou feeling about Pringle? Ik it was jist spring game highlights but dude showed he was shifty, quik.. looked like a football player. Think he will be a perfect change of pace RB.
He was banged up and missed time in spring, but he looked great in the spring game with full contact. Big summer for him in the weight room.

I don’t think a lot of people understand how much of a problem Jordan Lyle will be this year. On a level of 1-10 for being a forceful RB… I see Fletcher at a 5.5 and Lyle at 8.9. So yes… we should be good in the running game.

agreed. I think fletcher is solid but nothing special. Looking forward to see Lyle bust out this year no homo.
