Deerfield vs MNW 2008..then STA vs Deerfield that same year denard and them broke that streak. Games was so hyped..lebron dropping 50 on the heat this year...and Barry bonds hank Aaron HR chase. He hit one in right field and I was 2 section away..then one I was apart of in baseball...2011 class 7a Deerfield vs number 20 ranked team in the nation Douglas..1 game from district championship game vs Luis brinson and Coral Springs who had a squad those years. Was huge underdogs..they beat us like 20 -1 earlier that year..long to short we went up 5-0early in the game then they rallied for like a 10 run inning in the bottom 4th. 7 innings game..top 6 we put up 10 runs on they *** And ended up winning 15-13..went on to lose to springs in the championship 3-2 then loss in regionals semi. Our record going into the playoffs that year was like 6-10 or some sorry *** **** lol

2016 NCAA Final game between Villanova and UNC in Houston.

By far the most exciting BB game I ever attended.

Was crazy UNC thought that they had won....then looong Nova 3 pointer in last second

Dolphins beating the Jets 14-0 in the 1982 AFC championship game.

Nascar night race at Bristol. (twice)
I was at that Dolphins game. Rained cats and dogs. Like to froze my *** off even with a heavy rain suit on.

I live about 10 miles from the Bristol track. Last race I went to was the night race in '95. It was before the major expansion and there were only about 75k seats then. I can hear the roar of the engines from my house when all the cars are racing on the track.

You may know there's also a NHRA drag strip there - Thunder Valley. I can hear the cars when they run down the track.

The 81 UM vs #1 Penn St was another Huge game I was at (didn't realize the ramifications till yrs later) 40,000 in the OB in a rainy day....who knew this Win was the one that catapulted UM into the National Spotlight.....I almost didn't go, but the ticket was a B-Day gift from a fellow Chef I was friends with....Till this very day...I firmly believe that Brodsky's 80yd TD was as important of a play, as the tipped 2pt conversion in the 83 NC game...Reason being, even if Neb was successful, there was still a min left...and not only did we have the best Long distance FG kicker in CFB...But Kosar ate Neb's secondary up the entire night....

If I was at Game 6 of the Finals against the Spurs, that would be #1 on this list far and away. However, I was in attendance for these:

1. 1982 AFC Championship, Dolphins vs. Jets - the famous AJ Duhe game in the mud. I was in the WEZ for that one, and one of the few moments that can rival the Jones interception vs. FSU in 1994 for pure electricity was the Duhe pick 6 on Todd.

2. 1985 Monday Night Football, Dolphins vs. Bears - this game needs no explanation. Was in the WEZ again.....I barely slept the rest of the night and of course had to go to school the next morning but it was worth it.

3. 1997 Atlantic Regional, Canes vs. Arizona State - some of you may have forgotten about this. That year, Canes baseball got a brutal regional draw with the Gators, Arizona State, and a pretty good FIU team. I was at Mark Light for all of the regional games. They made it past the first 2 games and matched up with ASU in the winner's bracket, and got their clocks cleaned....the game was barely competitive. Matched up with the Gators in the loser's bracket and won a close one to eliminate the Gates from a regional yet again, to set up a rematch with ASU. Well, for most of the game, the Canes were getting whipped yet again.....it was looking like the Sun Devils were going to eliminate them from their own regional, in convincing fashion. Canes were down by 3 in the bottom of the 9th, and it was not looking good. However, they were able to get some men on base, eventually loading the bases for Jason Michaels, who of course hits a walk-off grand slam to win the game. Simply insane. The Canes used the momentum from that game to beat ASU in the next game (double-header) to go to Omaha.

Michigan vs Bama at Joe Robbie
WS Game 7 in 1997 at Joe Robbie
Heat vs Bulls in 1996 - Rex Chapman 39 points
Heat vs Knicks in 2013 to end Linsanity

I saw AJ Burnett throw a no hitter for the Marlins in San Diego in May 2001.

I was on a cross country road trip with some friends and the Marlins just happened to be in town while we were in San Diego. The crazy thing was, nobody really noticed he was throwing a no-no until like the 7th inning because Burnett walked 7 Padres that night and there was someone on base seemingly every inning.

I also got pit passes to one of the old Grand Prix of Miami races in downtown. My buddy used to work for an ALMS team and we got to see all the action up close and meet a bunch of the drivers and crews. Really a cool experience an I hope they bring back the downtown grand prix again.

I always wanted to go the Kentucky Derby or the Preakness.

I bet on'em every year but it never occurs to me to make it out there to one lol.

Liberty if we ever get a chance to meet up i will take you to the derby. My wife's fam lives in Louisville and I'll tell you there are the most hospitable people you'll ever meet. Its an unbelieveable experience. The only thing you gotta bring is an extra liver lol
