Right now, everything I'm hearing and reading is literally the exact opposite of a dumpster fire. AD gone. Short list of candidates includes Jurich. $30 million injection into the program. Kiffin all but announcing he'd leave Ole Miss for UM in a heart beat. Tyler Van Dimes. Columbus mafia rolling out the red carpet for Mario.

I havent had this much hope in almost two decades. If you want to say you don't believe it until you see it, I get it. But fsu saying UM is a dumpster fire - they are 4-6 and think Norvell is a God because he beat Diaz for the 1st time in 3 tries. I'll accept the dumpster fire criticism from a Bama fan. But FSU? I boggles my mind everytime I read or hear people talk about Mario's loyalty to Oregon and Knight for the HC job, wtf. Why does giving him his first P5 HC deserve more loyalty than the place that gave him an opportunity to play college ball at the highest level and win titles. That same place is the place where he started his career as a freaking coach. Every opportunity he has now started at Miami but he has to be loyal to Oregon apparently smh. Dude did his job, he's rebuilt the respectability in the Oregon job that was Helfrich turned to trash and has stock piled them with talent for the next guy. He doesn't owe them ****...he's not there stealing checks like Norvell is.

Mississippi is among the upper tier states for high school football talent per capita. However, it's a small state, and you can't be a title contender by just recruiting there.

Yeah….but he was just given an extension this past December, and his bump to $4.5M. Heck, he was just given an automatic one-year extension by winning his ninth game of the season. Is he supposed to renegotiate every season, if there’s a big win (like the win over Ohio State)?
