The only thing far away is culture. That has to be nurtured.

It only takes 2-3 years to build the roster. The culture has to be developed over time.

The biggest thing I noticed in watching all of these games is trench play. A strong offensive line makes everything go. It makes everything easier and skill players better. We'll have that in spades.

TCU has proven it Takes forever to develop a good culture
