no lies told. He rapped sort of how lil wayne rapped not the flow he has now. I been on him. I mostly jammed new orleans music growing up....i was raised off the hotboys, no limit, and trick daddy. Soulja slim and bg were my fav rappers at times.

If you grew up in s.fla you would know that....It went from them and at the end of my high school years webbie and Boosie were big time in broward.
 
I didn't want to start a thread for a simple question, so I'm resurrecting this one. It had to be over 30 years ago because I remember hearing Bremelo around the same time. Does anyone remember a song that had the following lyrics:

Who has had a run as long as drake being at the TOP of the game? He’s going on 11-12 years now with no signs of slowing down. Do you know how many hits he has made? Give credit where it’s due

Pretty sure Weezy has been doing this since, 96 and continuously put up Platinum Album after Platinum Album. But I don’t base chit off commercialism. Drake has a great delivery, but lately his lyrics have been str8 bull chit & lazy. But ninjas will eat it up b/c he already made a name for himself; so the dude can spit “I tripped and fell, on my way to ****, but I woke up from a spell, then realized my *** was in jail”, and mofos would be like AWWWWW CHIT, did u hear that new Drake??! THAT CHIT WAS FIYA!!! Lol

As long as it’s gotta catchy beat, and cool lil dance associated with it or another hyped artist, it’ll sell today.

LMFAO!!! You have to be kidding. Not even close to the GOAT. If your measure is RnB singer with most number 1 hits then Mariah Carey is the GOAT.

Exactly. His new "hit" has a dance that looks like something a pre schooler would come up with and he says something like "ima show you some gangster **** " before he does it.

Ridiculous, Drake the most versatile artist EVER, no one has ever dabbled in both rap AND R&b lanes like he has which means something to me in that discussion. Lol at not even close to the goat, crazy talk. Put some respect on drake name
