Very sad. The last 6 or so months of the kid's life were spent as well as one could and it also ended up being a true testament to the unimaginable power for good that sports can have beyond just being games and sources of amusement. RIP.

In all seriousness, it's really sad but he will leave an impact having written a book about his story that has some of the profits donated to cancer research. It was a short but good life.

**** it, this kid didn't deserve that fate. He thought he had beaten cancer then it returned and he knew it was terminal but still kept up good spirits. No way in **** I'd be able to do the same.
