If you’re in South Miami use force therapy they work with multiple professional athletes and if you’re elsewhere they have other locations. Their other brand is USA sports therapy. I tore my knee up but was able to rehab it after having stem cell and growth hormone injections. Feels as good as new and yes I’m above age 60

Yellowstone is amazing for animals not so amazing for hiking, Arches was super super cool but def not one of my fav parks. My fav parks are Zion, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, and Yellowstone. Some arches photos below.

Beautiful photos!!

My son is 5 and this was our first year! We’ll be visiting parks every single summer from here on out.

I’m not a fan of the hiking..I love the views. Rather hop on bikes & explore.

If that's the case Yellowstone is amazing! Just watch out for the bears, and for the love of god RENT BEAR SPRAY. If you buy it its $50, but you can rent it for $9 a day.

Arches is cool but I wasn't a fan that the hikes were so short, I love long hikes or challenging hikes. The best part about arches though is its in Moab, and Its 20 mins away from Canyonlands National Park highly recommend hitting both parks.
