What a tragedy for such a young man. Condolences to him and his family.

There was a seminal autopsy study done during/after the Korean War which showed the unbelievable prevalence of heart disease in relatively young American males. Basically, any American male walking around, even at the younger ages, has some form of heart disease. Still holds true today. If you have obesity, the risk is increased multiple times. It’s not unheard of for 30-something-year-olds to drop dead from heart disease/heart attacks.

Pretty much everyone reading this right now has at least some form of arthrosclerosis.

In the neighborhood of 1 million people or more die of heart disease and stroke every year.

Many more are disabled.

Taking care of your temple is important fellas. 31 doesn't make a difference when you're morbidly obese and possibly have hereditary conditions on top.

People should get a coronary calcium score. Knowing where you stand is key.

RIP to this dude.

It’s been like 95 around here lately with the feel like temps around 110.

Him being a big boy like he was surely didn’t help...RIP young man..
