There is a large part of the Phillippine populace who view him as a leader who is making the hard decisions--an outright hero.

Serial killer? Because he goes Judge Dredd on less than savory (and suspected) drug dealers and pedophiles? A killer yes, hardly a serial killer though.

History will likely judge him as both a mad man and savior, depending on the political agenda of the author.

The story of Kaep is a subject that will be used in speech and debate classes for years to come. Most people use football as a means to rid their minds of things such as what’s wrong with the world today, at least I do. I believe for everything he stands for, but I just disagree with the platform and way ot was conducted. He’s better than about 25-30% of qbs even without 2 years of being on a team. Some including myself may not agree with his social justice crustade during a time of leisure, but he belongs on a team, period.
