Disagree Duarte is moronic and evil. His methods might be distasteful to some, but he's the result of a Phillipine system of graft, corruption, and incompetence. Whole neighborhoods are ravaged by drugs and violence there.

Across the West, "left" politicians produced this result while "right" politicans were equally feckless and ineffective. Its happening now in country after country.
