But Ben won 2 and he has threatened to quit twice and had multiple issues off the field and is a Diva in his own right....sooo?

Might explain why they haven't won since 2008.

If I'm looking to add someone to my locker room, its definitely a crybaby WR who quits on his teammates.
 
Ben shouldn't get credit form that 1st SB... that was all running game and Defense. It was like watching Roiser play for the Steelers

****** teammate is useless to worry about. as long as the player performs, who cares what hes like in the locker room esp when you're a fan. all fans should care about is if the dude performs while he plays for your team. obviously, breakups happen, but that occurs everywhere in every sport. guys just get tired of each other or begin to hate each other or feel disrespected. also, i love when teams post their post game speeches and stuff. they're fun and cool access for the fan (which is the number 1 most important thing in all sports since fans drive the business).

I have 5 sisters dude a rapist would never be my choice. Bottom of the barrel type people. Even without sisters it's an easy decision

oh i agree with you. its disgusting that ben just seemingly gets a pass for it to me, but i was just commenting on people caring so much about what AB is like to his teammates. idc if hes the worst teammate in the world or a **** to his locker mates. to me, all that matters is performance and for the better part of his career, hes been one of the 3 best at his position in the sport.
 
No GM is going to pay a guy with this kinda attitude that much $. He couldn’t careless about his teamates. Total diva. Locker room cancer.

you must be a steeler fan. why do you care so much about another man's money? he'll produce wherever he goes for as long as he's healthy and in his prime.

Don’t care about his money at all. I’m saying this is not a guy who’s going to go to war for you. Plain & simple. He thinks he’s bigger then his team/game.

I have no desire to go down the rabbit hole of debating Roethlisberger's past character issues or even if he's a diva/drama queen today but here's the main difference between him and AB and why the Steelers locker room (per all local Pittsburgh reporting) would be/is on his side in this debate-

AB would take a Super Bowl MVP trophy over a Super Bowl ring right now. Nobody believes that of Roethlisberger.

This is something probably not even that unique to a lot of elite WRs. That mentality almost* goes with the position but it still will always be a detriment when any other issues you might have are magnified and you actually could benefit p-r wise from teammates having your back publicly. There certainly wasn't a whole lot of "My God! We can't let AB leave!!!" sentiment coming from too many of his soon to be former teammates.

AB wants money over team wins for sure.
Someone said it earlier he is is this generations TO
And that could be coming to fruition.

I think he has been amazing but I would NOT want him on my team, Cowboys, for his price tag. He’s over 30.....I’d rather have cooper at 24...and i don’t even love cooper!

lol cowboys signed greg hardy, a legit pos. AB is harmless comparatively. also, ALL players should want money over team wins. teams dont give a **** about their players and players have a short shelf life to earn a lifetime of money. teams will cut you when youre not of value ot them. players should only be loyal to themselves and no one else.
