OT: Houston vs OU

You'll get no argument from me, I been screaming for us to recruit QB's from Texas for the last 3 years.

I actually can't wait to see Matocha's development in the next couple of years, as a late bloomer in HS he may eventually become a legit player here by his RS Soph year.

I completely agree. I loved the kid’s tape when we first offered him late last recruiting cycle. Has tons of potential, in my opinion.

Too many porsters sharted on the kid when he commited, just because he wasn’t highly ranked. Last time I checked, neither was Kurt Warner, Baker Mayfield, the kid from Boise State that whooped F$U yesterday, and many others.

At QB either you can play, or you can’t. It takes a lot of intangibles, not only athletic ability. Kyle Wright was a prototypical QB, yet sucked. Accuracy, ball placement, pocket awareness, intelligence and instincts are all extremely important attributes to being a great QB.

I have faith that Jarren can be a great player for us, but I definitely believe that Matocha is gonna make noise here before it’s all said and done.

While I agree with everything you said, the kid from Boise was a 4*

The kid from Boise was an ESPN 300 QB. He was highly recruited fwiw

What I would do to have Riley's offense...
That system doesn't lie... Back to back heisman/#1 pick for their QB. They're going for 3 in a row.
We would win the **** national championship with his offense and our defense.

Enos has done a good job with QB’s in his career but Riley and his system will make you a star. When you marry a QB coach like that with a system like that it’s rarely ever gonna fail. On top of that he keeps getting elite kids. He’ll be coaching in the league in the near future

Jalen Hurts is a winner
Yep wish we had more like him. His determination and leadship speaks for itself as well as leading by example when it comes to following like he did last year. Hope Jarren can start leading like this when he gets comfortable

If we ever get the chance or Enos leaves I like what UCF runs, I dont know whos in control but they spread yo *** out man
Josh Heupel, he was the predecessor to Lincoln Riley at Oklahoma, they all run the same system.

He's one of the best offensive innovators in the game & a great QB developer.
