My old man was the first Italian in an all Irish Firehouse in Brooklyn, said it was brutal - but the old Captain took him under his wing and made him a **** of a “Smoke Eater” (The days before Scott Packs). So we aways celebrated it, even when he moved us here to Florida. He was a George Myra Canes fan!
