I can't stand them lol. I can't stand Mahomes, Kelce and that whole Taylor Swift thing but I've felt that way for years. Mahomes annoying wife and brother as well. The irony is that I like Andy Reid.

Patriots fan? Where did I mention New England? Wouldn't it make more sense to assume I was a Bills fan? I just can't stand the Chiefs. That is my prerogative is it not? Not a huge fan of the NFL really. Have no rooting interest. I would like to see the Lions win it all.

Why? With all due respect that doesn't make any sense. Just don't like the Chiefs. Never have. Guys New England had their time in the sun but that was years ago now. That franchise is in really sad shape. I really wanted the Dolphins to do something but they were too banged up

My bad for grouping you in. Its just lame to not like a team because they're successful, unless theyre a hated rival 😏

I actually dont like Kelce and Swift and all that " extra " **** myself. Mahomes and Reid? Definitely ****** with them guys fasho.

All good bro! That's an interesting take about hating winners for no reason. How long has it been since the Canes were considered a rival to Alabama? Yet you won't find many of our fans or any teams liking Alabama because they're winners lol.

I actually don't think it's so strange. I hated the Pats dynasty when they first got going then after they lost to the Giants in 07 that changed for some reason.

Back to the topic of hating winners. I don't really find it strange. You remember when you were a kid? For me my introduction to the NFL was Steelers/Cowboys. In my universe back then those were the two teams and as a young kid I had to pick which to root for. I picked the Steelers because their style of play and personality of the team appealed to me and the Cowboys just rubbed me the wrong way for no really logical reason other than that just did lol. I think it's the same with adults really. You just have teams that you have a natural affinity for and others that just rub you the wrong way for whatever reason.

TBH I didn't want to bring this up but after my young Steelers years I grew into an Eagles fan for decades for no other reason than I loved that 80 team with Jaworski at QB then a few years later they drafted my favorite Hurricane of all time Jerome Brown. I followed the Eagles for a very long time until we finally won our first SB vs New England back in 2018. After that I really lost a lot of interest in the NFL for lots of reasons. It just wasn't the same game anymore and it just didn't peak my interest like it used to. Still that Kansas City defeat of the Eagles last year did manage to really **** me off but that wasn't the first straw. That whole get into FG range in 13 seconds vs the Bills in 2021 really ****ed me off because to me it was evidence of how broken the NFL had become. It was now a glorified video game. Anyway that may not seem rational but it's just the way I felt about it. This fan thing lends itself to blatant irrationality lol.

Guess what? A lot of people, all of a sudden, hate your Eagles now, too. Why? A SB win and a SB appearance.

People hating rivals is one thing. Hating winners is lame af. Hating Alabama is lame af. There is no reason for a Cane fan to hate Bama. We're not war eagle.

How come no Cane fans hate Vanderbilt? Lol. I never grew up Hating winning teams or athletes. I always repsected a winning brand even if i didnt like some of the personalities that won.

Mike Tyson being a huge example for me. I despise Mike Tyson. Hate his personalities, alĺ 300 of them. Yet i respect his boxing and id never look for ways to cut down or diminish it.

I didnt start liking the Hurricanes because they were winning. I started liking them because they seemed like the only university in America that let inner city niiji be themselves.

The Locks, the gold teeth, the multi color visors, the **** talk. They look like what i came from playing football. Whenever i saw other schools so called " black" players. They looked like they were forced to get a haircut and denounce their culture to be at that university and i couldn't get with it.


I never hated any winners though. Just aint in me.

Yeah I guess that's a good point about the Eagles guess I never understood that either. I guess you and I really are similar. I hate KC because of the Super Bowl really lol. Other than that though I've never hated winners in general. Oh and nobody hates Vandy because they don't ever win.

Lol. Poor Vandy. One day Vandy is gonna rise from the Ashes like the Phoenix and dominate CFB.

We will all probably be dead and gone. Lol. It will happen tho!!
 
Here's the fact, as a Patriots and Canes fan, I appreciate the Chiefs for beating the Bills:

The Patriots fan in me actually doesn't matter because I don't care in that regard.

But the Canes fan in me cares after seeing how this franchise, its HC and the fans have treated Ken Dorsey during his tenure and after his firing. Josh Allen was a turnover machine before and afterwards.

Suck it.

That Ravens-Chiefs game gonna be epic, might have to think about that one a few days. I like the 49ers in the other matchup(no offense to my Lions fans up in here.)

I remember watching those Bills teams choke year after year as a kid. Those were some really good teams they had too: Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Bruce Smith, Andre Reed….but that fool Norwood is probably still not allowed back in Buffalo.

A wayyyyyyy overrated fanbase that isn't actually national and simply got attention again with a dumb nickname and by doing dumb **** at tailgates.

Not to mention that Jim Kelly is and always will be the "toughest" thing about them. No joke- you could get tickets for last week's HOME PLAYOFF GAME for $8 on the secondary market. EIGHT DOLLARS. And they were letting you sit ANYWHERE.

What a RABID fanbase! I guess the "mafia" suspends their craaaazy fandom if it's tooooo cwwwold out or if they can't leave their shift at Walmart early to attend a HOME PLAYOFF GAME. Didn't seem to be an issue for KC fans in what we don't instantly deem a "cold weather city" to pack their place when it was minus 198 outside.

Oh well, this little run of nonsense is over. They're like $40 mil over the cap and Diggs is going to be 31 and is always disgruntled. Tune in for the documentary that'll recap this little window of failure....

Travis Kelce has long been a contrived look at me tool box. The Swift stuff has only amplified it times 1,000

Now, ill never talk about other peoples relatioships but this one screams as one in which Travis (and his family for that part) are milking it for all its worth.

I don't need to see her sitting in a suite, with Donna Kelce (the best mom ever) and now add to it his brother shirtless. The sheep stream media eats this stuff up

I would have thought the NFL would have left this dynamic alone but like all things NFL they too are trying to profit off it.

Just wait, the Chiefs win Sunday and Taylor does a surprise halftime show at the SB!

and.....she flies in on a private jet, gets a police escort to the stadium. yeah, just like her fans do smh
 
If the Chiefs make it to the Super Bowl, I wouldn't be surprised if the NFL made a change up to the half-time, national anthem, pledge of allegiance. Have Swift on the screen as much as possible.

Even the wife was asking me why they kept showing her so much during the game lol

Even as a Ravens fan I have a ton of respect for the Chiefs & everything they've accomplished in the Reid/Mahomes era.

They're not hateable IMO like the Pat's were during their Dynasty.

I watch the Chiefs pretty much any time they play & win, lose or draw, they're an incredibly captivating team.
