As a dolphins fan I liked him. His problem is he is too stubborn. Wouldnt draft a qb and lived and died with Tannehill. Also he is full of excuses. Once said the dolphins were bad on the road because "every team they played on the road was hot at the moment they played them". I think he is a good coach just not a superbowl level coach

He sucks. Best thing he's done is make Jay Cutler not look like Jay Cutler. Supposed to be some QB whisperer but Tannehill regressed under him.

Also the defense was trash his entire tenure.

When the Fins hired him I remember thinking he had the crazy eyes.

As for him as a coach, he won a bunch of close games I think 20 of his 23 wins were all 1 score games. The 26 losses however all felt like they were blowouts.
