I don't mind Ol' Verne but effing Gary Danielson is unbearable to listen to. This clown could be calling a wheelchair basketball league game and if it was between two SEC institutions he'd be constantly telling you how you're watching the most superior level of play in the country.

Tell me about it. Old Vern is trying to call ugly football ugly football, uniforms and all.

The quality of play in this game is probably similar to that of several games today between unranked teams.

Real talk: I can't remember ever watching so much bad football being played as I've seen this year.

It's not parity either. There's just some awful coaching going on at some major programs right now.

I can't wait to hear Corch Butch throw his players under the bus...

So is Del Rio injured? Not that he's any good, I just don't know why he's not starting.

Florida has a nice stable of skill players on O so they'll score some points eventually. I don't see Tennessee scoring many on this D.

This is really painful to watch. How is ur avg starting position the opponents 49 yard line w 0 to show for it?

Agreed. I think a lot of it has to do with the SEC being forced down our throats and that conference being a giant dumpster fire in relation to QB play- even moreso than it typically is. Outside of my always anti-SEC spin, I think it also has to do with coaches college-wide willing to start true and redshirt freshmen at that position. But you might also be onto something just in general. There seem to be a lottttt of programs where their current head coaches don't appear like they'll finish out their current contracts and that even includes some new hires.

UT is horrible . Horrible Corch ,horrible QB , horrible Wrs and TE , just Horrible. Uf ain't very good either but Calloway and Scarlett are **** good players . Don't think UF's D is actually a top 5 D and better O's ( though not many in the SEC sadly) will score on them plenty. Not saying UF's D ain't good but it ain't elite like some other UF defenses of the past few years.
