WR Warren Thompson – Thompson jumped 35 inches, but elected to not have his 40 time posted.
Kids a TE/Flex and I see no problem with that.
6-2/192 doesn´t look like a TE to me.

(Hall is on the far right in the orange shirt)
I already posted this pic in the other thread, but I'll do it again in this one...
I don't think those measurements are all accurate, I don't believe for one second that Hall is 5'10, Amari Carter is 6'2 & he's basically the same size as him.
You're my dude, El, but that's nonsense. They didn't guess his height. They measured him. Unless he caught a quick bout of scoliosis that had him scrunched up that's his current height. Did they misweigh him too?I'm one of the biggest fans of G Hall on this site, in fact I was on of the first people to post about him on here... I have never questioned his skill set or his ability.View attachment 43061

I think we get too obsessed with measurable waayyy too soon...these guys are still growing and will physically mature with a college nutrition and weight program helping them do just that...if you know what to look for...trust your eyes....Gurvan Hall's height changes nothing from what I see on film...1 inch difference...really makes no difference...all these measurables are skewed just ah bit for recruiting purposes...
I simply don't believe he's 5'10, I've seen him play live & have seen him in person he doesn't look that height to me.
I could be wrong, but I'm just saying I don't trust that measurement. Once he comes to Miami & is measured as the same, then I'll believe it.

Lock to ClemsonNo Xavier Thomas comments? Wow, that kid was beasting out there. Sub 4.6 at almost 260 pounds?! Are we on this kid at all?
Also, virtually all the IMG kids tested really well.
Glad that is settled
IMO him being only 5'10 170 makes his highlights even more impressive

He packs a vicious wallop for a dude who only weighs 170 pounds. Imagine him after a year in the nutrition and weight program at 195 pounds.
Oh my. I'm getting incredible blood flow.

Six months in TWL fitness and he'd be 215 by summer and playing lb.
Gotta love those stop watch times! LOL It's all about the laser, electronic clocks.

FWIW. Lorenzo ran a 4.53 forty at this same event last year. Compared to the 4.63 he posted.
His shuttle was a 4.49 last year and was a 4.34 this event.
Vertical was a 35.3 last year and was 36.6 this event.
Power ball was a 39.5 last year and was 38 this event.
And had a sparq of 103.02 last year compared to this years 104.49
BTW these numbers can vary from different events and different places. So take some of these numbers with a grain of salt cause they can be incorrect.

Avantae testing numbers for his age and class are actually pretty good. Darrian Felix who posted crazy scores his senior year wasn't even that good at the same stage.
Some of these measurements can tend to be a little off too despite what some have said in here. The Opening in Miami last year needed adjustments after the head shots came in of the height and weigh ins from the event.
I had people who were there at the event. Mark Pope is barely taller than Gurvan and before he decided to scratch his numbers, his height and weigh in was 6'1" 175.
By all accounts. Warren Thompson and Brian Hightower were some of the really tall WRs and both came in about 2 inches shorter than expected.
5'10".5 compared to 6'1" is a bit of a drop off, talking about almost 3 inches. That's noticeable. I've met Gurvan and Amari in person. They are about the same height. At worst Gurvan is 5'11" no shoes or cleats on.
Regardless, none of that matters.
If you ever played football before you know the measurables always exaggerated. Taken with shoes or cleats on as well. Brandon Meriweather was listed 6'1" at Miami his whole career and showed up to the combine 5'11". Same for Sean Spence.
I will say 173 sounds a bit way too light for Gurvan physique if you have ever seen him. Everyone carries weight different though I guess.
