No clearly you wouldn’t have to use your timeouts immediately with 3 mins left. You’d have more room for error with 3 mins and them starting off at their own 25. You’re an idiot.

Ok, so we kick deep and don't use the timeouts. Assuming 5 seconds per play and 40 second play clock: 1st down run play, down to 2:15. 2nd down run, down to 1:30. 3rd down run, down to 0:45. You would be fired at any level for having that kind of strategy. Anyone with a brain would take all 3 timeouts right away and get the ball back with 2:40 instead of milking it down to 0:45 and keeping the timeouts. This is all regardless of where the ball is kicked by the way.
