One thing I’m hearing about Carson Beck from the Hecht…

Definitely some bad evals with both position groups by the Kirbster and his recruiting staff in Athens.

Even as down as the SEC was last year (the top of the league was as weak as I've seen in about 50 years), the average front 7's on D were still well above what the Canes typically faced in the ACC. Beck was running for his life quite a bit.



Quinn Ewers got the Horns to the semifinals last year — and he's nowhere near as talented as Carson Beck from JAX

the bolded is always stated but the acc isnt actually weak in talent in the trenches. Check the top 2 sack getter sfrom last szn alone.

Jojo was injured for I think half the season or more.
