On Myson Johnson-Cook

Imagine flipping this dude and Jacobs....my nipples would cut glass for the next 3 years.
Auburn blinded this kid with bag and probably starting, just terrible for this kid .
Here nobody is starting but Fletcher, but MC would get playing time behind a monster O-line getting a taste of what will be coming his way , time to learn playbook and be mentored.

Instead MC will be getting a reality check of real life and the mistakes that come. MC will be watching Miami on Prime Time every week and watching Miami extend to CFP and a shot at a ring.

The real world is coming at a second rate team going nowhere, your right excellent chance MC will be desperate.

MC may not have the stomach to compete at elite’s level with multiple NFL high draft choices ahead of him here, he’ll really have to humble himself for sure moving forward.

Let Auburn deal with his butt hurt that’s coming for now in raising MC to adulthood.

Sad story this MC , Fletcher would’ve done wonders in mentoring MC.

Idk if you know this but Fletcher won't be here when MJC is in college. Get your facts straight before acting like a ****** beatoff.

He must have boned your girl or something because you've been trashing him nonstop. I don't see you talking **** about any other high school recruit who didn't pick Miami. Really pathetic how much energy you put into hating this 17-18 year old who hasn't officially signed anywhere.

Really ? Idc how good the rb is if the ol sucks .
Id expect Auburn to have a serviceable OL though. Sure he might have off games against the best of the best, check Love versus us last year but in general a great RB will make plays and eventually make it to the league. Again his ceiling here would be much higher but players with his talent are usually the ones that make it anywhere is all.

You would have to think a rb would try to avoid as much wear and tear on there body all year . They already have short nfl careers . If you go back and watch Fletcher he didn’t get beat up all year or wore down . He got stronger as the season went on by not taking a pounding every game . To each is own , just how I think .

This is good stuff right here, L&G the Shooter.

I agree that we shouldn’t overpay for a RB. It’s pretty easy to find a good one
If you can get a back who can break tackles like Fletcher who also can run sub 4.4, I think you should do whatever you can to land him. If Fletch had breakaway speed, he could have added 6 TD's and a gain of yards to his season totals last year. I'm not sure this guy is the tackle breaking machine that fits the bill of what I'm talking about, but when those rare guys come around, you spend what you have to because they can turn close losses in to wins.
I do agree that a great RB can be a game changer. You’re right.

Funds are limited and it seems we are more focused on spending the big money at OL, DL and other positions that are more difficult to find. If you have a sick OL then you can perform very well with a RB that is less expensive.

I’m not saying we should focus on super cheap RBs who only have offers from Akron. But a guy like Keys is still high quality and is just fine when you have a monster OL in front of him. No need to overpay for MJC
