OK, onto UM-FSU....

Its gonna be a dog fight until it isn't.

The talent, man across man, isn't much different...but Miami is a better coached team. Still, considering how bad FSU has been, this is going to be their Bowl Game. They want to fvck us up.

By star rankings it is , but by eye test it’s not close. We have better players. FSU’s players don’t look like FSU players , for the most part. They’re physically and mentally soft on top of it. They were close to quitting for a third time today , it took a boneheaded play st the end to save them. They was waving the white flag as ville took the drive downfield running the clock out .

Defense will need to play sound. Hopefully Diaz doesn’t blitz us out of the game. FSU will try all kinds of trick plays and use our aggression against us. Offense needs to take care of the ball and twarup the middle of the field that they leave open.

Another big concern of mine for Saturday.

No disrespect but I only read the first few sentences op.

If we had rosier I would have those same concerns. I think perry opens up the playbook way more and his escapability will give us a better chance as opposed to rosier with no zip trying to hang in the pocket. Just my 2 cents.

There’s no need to blitz , the dL ( Willis ) will eat. Willis alone will eat two guys.

The ol / dL battle is huge advantage for us , huge. If Diaz does his normal unnecessary blitz at bad times he needs fired. You don’t need to blitz that ol much , it at all.

Richt has to coach like he needs this more then Taggert. Because Taggert is going to coach every game like his job is on the line. That’s what concerns me. Will Richt be aggressive when he needs to be and not be too conservative?
And therein lies the problem. If Richt was a true savage, he'd be telling the team how much he hated his time at FSU, whqt a goober Bobbay was, and how embarrassed he was to ever wear those colors.

Then he should make Dugans and Diaz come up and talk about how much they want to embarrass their alma mater on national TV.

This is the first year in a long time fsu's defense is not great, he scheme is far less aggressive then there past great defenses. We should be able to move the ball and our defense is the best it's been in some time. We should win this game at home.

I get it...but I am preparing mentally for a dog fight because regardless of ranking and eye tests before the game, Miami and FSU play each other tight in most years.

From what I've seen from both teams, Miami should blow the brakes off of FSU. But, rivalry games are funny.

Only on this site can you have one thread that talks about us not being far from Clemson and then another thread nervous about FSU, who is arguably one of the worst teams in the ACC.

from your post to Gods ears

Wish I shared your confidence. I see a hurt FSU team fighting for their lives wanting nothing more than to take us out at home. That victory today will give them supreme confidence going into next week. Combine that with NP starting his first game in the rivalry and call me nervous.
