Oh really, UCF?

Manny is such a cuck
If your lawn guy says he's not going to do your lawn anymore unless you pay him 50% more because that's what the guy down the road offered him, do you pay it?

If so, you're not a cuck, you're a *******.

Assuming what your saying is 100% accurate, what is so funny about it? Does it make you happy? Looks like it.

2020 numbers

Paying him more than 600k would make him at least the #2 highest paid and if more than 625k, THE highest paid. And I doubt any counter offer to a 600k salary would be for $600,001 so he'd be asking for #1 or #2 money as a LB coach to match UCFs offer as a DC. Should he get a top 10 LB coach salary? Sure. I don't have an issue with that. Should Diaz have made him the highest paid LB in the country two weeks after hiring him? That's a hard no and would have been a ***** move.

And the irony is that if news came out that Miami countered UCFs offer and actually did make Williams the highest paid LB coach in the country, the mongoloids on this website would be mocking Diaz for panicking and then claim that it proves that the only way Miami is able to retain position coaches is to vastly overpay them.
Correct. Like when Golden’s agent hustled UM into thinking he was going to Pedo State.

UCF guys are literally reporting that TWill is the playcaller. People are just ignoring facts to craft whatever narrative they’d prefer to believe.
It’s a lose lose scenario for him though other than the pay raise. If he sucks, the trigger would be quick since his replacement is there. If he does well, a valid question would be is it all him or his co d coordinator

Fact of the matter is there’s only 2 people that know what transpired between Manny and TWill. All the rest is speculation and the usual bull**** typically spewed here.

TWill is gone. IDGA rats *** where he went or what he’s being paid or what his title is. One thing is obvious - TWill left to go to work for a guy he has a long history with. Best of luck to him.

He’s going to face obstacles regardless he’s a Black coordinator. I’d much rather take my shot when I get it and deal with the other **** as it comes. I’m sure he’s not thinking of failing.

I'll try to put this into a perspective that is more on your level. Let's say you just got hired to be an entry level fry cook at McDonalds two weeks ago. You sat down with the manager and agreed on a salary of $8 per hour. No other fry cooks anywhere make more thank 8.50 per hour, and these are some of the very best fry cooks around. Then you get an offer to be the "curly fries supervisor" at Arby's, making 8.75 per hour and tell your boss that you want a raise to at least 8.75 to remain as the entry level fry cook. Your manager wishes you good luck on the step up in responsibility, but he's not paying you more than what you both agreed was a fair salary for an entry level fry cook. The Arby's manager did not pull a fast one on the McDonald's manager. All the horsey sauce in the world isn't going to make that true.

So the idea is that Malzahn hired Williams to recruit pretending he’d call the defense to hire the real dc behind his back a day later expecting Williams to still put in the same energy recruiting after the fact? Idk guys I think you’re pressing.

But how would he know any of this?

1. Dude comes to him and says I've got a $600k DC offer from UCF.
2. Manny says he's sorry to see him go and wishes him the best.
3. Dude leaves.
4. UCF hires a co-DC with more experience.

What else could Manny or anyone else do? How do you consider that played?
He doesn't know anything... He's just spitting out non-sense like the other clown who swore Randy was being retained and T-Will was absolutely coaching here in 2021 because "He knows the truth" , his "source" told him so ... ..

Obviously TWill wanted a DC title and I’ll assume - play calling responsibilities at some level. For me at this point, the real question is if Manny had agreed to match UCF in Money, title and responsibilities, would TWill have stayed?

I don’t know the answer to what TWill would have decided but I can infer that he would have stayed and that Manny did not panic and offer to over-promote TWill to a DC spot the way Blake panicked when he hired Manny.

I think on Miami’s side this came down to title and responsibilities more than anything and Manny didn’t see him as right/ready for that spot. It also ties Manny’s hands if he decides to bring in a legit DC next year.

After reading this thread, I’ve concluded that the problem is perspectives.
In this world there’s real men/women, bytches and hoes.

Bytches and hoes always think that everyone is acting like bytches and hoes.
Real men/women don’t major in minors.
Request to close thread.

Manny got played if UCF didn't pay Twill's full buyout. Which should have been at least 70% of his UM contract total. UCF is writing buyout checks to everyone else, but I have feeling UM'S check for Twill's buyout was pennies on the dollar.

Go Canes
