And Duke retweeted that. The players disliked him more than I was willing to believe...
Wow, nobody knew how toxic it really was. We thought the fans hated him last season but it seems like the players hated him even more. I still can't believe he kept his job at the end of the 2014 season.
That's not true. Mama Duke said it back then. She was crushed for it, but she was telling the truth. The little I dug into this topic, that whole class of Duke, Tracy, etc., there was a huge divide between them and Golden.

I told all you sumbytches that the players hated that maggot. All I heard was "they say great things about him in interviews, so they like him." Sorry *** dumb sumbytches.
They blatantly quit on him at least a dozen times. Yet dudes were shouting me down saying the players played hard and loved him. Fcking stronzos. And Duke retweeted that. The players disliked him more than I was willing to believe...

Exactly. Like current players were going to bash him - the one who controls how many snaps they get a game.

That fat f'aggot wasn't too "burned out" to leave the job. He wasn't too "burned out" to stop stealing those checks. There is no doubt in my mind that despite hios "burn out" he'd still be stealing checks if Dr. Frenk hadn't fired him. I hope he dies in a grease fire fueled by the money he stole from UM.

Poetry right there. **** Vermeil was burned out, and he did the honorable thing and quit. He didn't hang on and go through the motions stealing checks.
Folden was run out, not burned out. That cumsucker's wife and kids were living in **** with UM fans craving their blood, but that maggot husband kept feeding them to the jackals instead of stepping down.
He's a deplorable husband and father. Fck that fat maggot.
What a lying *******. The Shapiro news broke about a year before the Yahoo article came out. Nevin wanted to write a book so he was chirping from prison about how he was going to snitch. A simple Google search would have revealed that UM was aware of the allegations and was cooperating with the NCAA long before the Yahoo article was published. I find it very difficult to believe that Golden took the job with absolutely no knowledge of the Shapiro situation. This is actually the part that angered me the most....
“At the end of the day, I took the job without knowing that there was an impending NCAA investigation and eight months into it, it blew up and it took its toll at the end of the day, and that’s it,” Golden said. “I haven’t looked back since. I miss the players. I miss the people that were supportive of my family and I, the people that were friends. But other than that we’ve moved on and now I’m looking after a new group
Basically he just said "f**k every fan and thank you to Donna Shalala, Sean Eichorst and Kirby Hocutt" for allowing me to steal 10 million dollars and get away with it.
Wait a minute......just realized how MISERABLE our fans made Golden.!
I just went from very angry to very happy.
Piece of f**king s**t!!!!!
"Coach Richt is happy," said Miami QB coach -- and Richt's son -- Jon. "He's got a little pep in his step, and he's enjoying being here in Miami. He's excited to be [calling plays] again. For a long time, he called himself the highest-paid cheerleader in the country, and he hated it. Now he's back in the room and coaching. I've never seen someone game plan for a scrimmage so much. But he's having fun."
