**Official Senior Bowl Thread**

Let's just remind everyone that Dorsett touched the ball less then 3 times a game this year.

Gunter, a physical CB, was playing 10 yards off WRs.

Chick was 2 gapping

Walford is the only one I can say was used correctly.

All that talent and we went 6-7, it's almost unbelievable.

Not surprised at all after what I saw in 2011.

Dorsett and Walford were the best players on the field today. Gunter was also very good. Perryman suffered a hip flexor and may miss the rest of the week.

I'd take all 3 Miami players on my team. Gunter, Walford and Dorsett all looked very good today.

NFL analyst Mike Mayock on Miami TE Clive Walford: "I think he's proven he could be the best tight end in the country."

These guys from Miami came to play this week at the Senior Bowl. Lot of speed. Good football players.

Good South team practice for Hurricanes overall. Clive Walford best looking receiver of the TEs & CB Ladarius Gunter impressive footwork.

Jaguars TE coach Ron Middleton is losing his mind over TE Clive Walford. Every time Walford runs a route Middleton is yelling praise.

Miami WR Philip Dorsett is dominating the South defensive backs. None can run with him. Excellent speed, route-running and hands.

Phillip Dorsett out of Miami is having a huge day. Elite speed.

Miami TE Clive Walford is making a lot of money today.

Clive. TD. 65 yards. At this point I can just copy and paste tweets about how well Miami guys are doing

Miami TE Clive Walford putting on a show in Mobile right now.

WR Phillip Dorsett (Miami) is electric in the 3-step passing game. No wasted movement in his route/break.

Miami WR Phillip Dorsett absolutely flies!

CB Ladarius Gunter (Miami) displayed the best technique during 1-on-1s. Played to hip of WRs and used leverage to drive on the ball.

Between Clive Walford, Phillip Dorsett, Perryman & Anthony Chickillo,Caneshttps://twitter.com/hashtag/Canes?src=hash SRs really shining in all-star games the past 2 weeks.

Clive Walford, my gosh. Destroying one on one coverage at Senior Bowl practice.

Diving catch by Clive Walford gets rave reviews

This is both awesome and insanely infuriating to read.

No reason this team lost more than 2 games this season other than pathetic coaching.

Out of all the players I feel worst about Chick. He never got a shot to prove himself as anything more than a blocking sled.

Really happy for these guys. A lot of us saw the talent and glad they can get a chance to showcase it.

This is why Miami will never be completely dead even if the admin doesn't care. If they luck into a good hire we will be back in no time. We sit in the best recruiting ground in America. Golden has been an average recruiter at best and we still have a talented roster.

Obviously frustrating as **** with Goldens incompetence.

Man, 6-7?

Assumption: the performance by the Hurricanes seniors is showing how poorly coached they were in college and how underwhelming the 2014 season was for the Hurricanes.

Fact: no one at the university (with any real power, anyway) likely cares enough to understand what is happening in Mobile and what it means regarding the state of our program.

Couldn't have said it better. Especially the first line at the top

Makes me start to question my/our position coach bashing. If these kids are displaying such great technique, but in a different scheme, then our coordinators and HC are to blame IMO.

That said, really excited and happy for these guys. I have the dvr set. Perryman is gonna hurt someone. He's got Pittsburgh Steeler written all over him.

Can you imagine him next to Spence?

@TheREALPerchick: Biggest takeaway from Senior Bowl: Player development is NOT an issue for Miami. Scheme and in-game adjustments are

Exactly what I have been saying

Still falls back to horrible coaching.

All day for me lol. However I laugh at the notion that spending 2 days with the coaches in mobile had any big affect on their development.

If Clive isn't the first TE taken in the draft I will be really surprised.

I think Dorsett has the potential to be an even better pro player than he was in college. Severely underused.

With the little guys like TY Hilton and Antonio Brown really showing out in the league. *Cough both products of South Florida* (Randy wanted to bring Hilton on a track scholarship, LOL)

Could see Dorsett rocketing through the draft boards with a big combine. Some team is going to fall in love with his speed and deep ball ability and he might even go earlier.

I'm happy for Gunter too. With the right team and coaching he can surprise.

Denzel we all know. He is a 1st round talent and could very well get taken late 1st round but some teams will sleep on him cause of his height and the smart team who sneaks in a grabs him will be getting a great player and have teams scratching their heads and say wtf next December.

It has an effect on how they look. It's not complicated.

Also goes in line with Angry Ibis. However, I would mention the counter point that Duke, Flowers, Perryman, and Dorsett were obvious studs from the jump. A plethora of power 5 coaches could've taken them from point A to point Z.

I'll give credit for player development of Walford and Gunter more so.

However, chickillo, tracy howard, stacy coley, deon bush, Artie burns are on a regression scale as far as production goes. Player usage is a way bigger problem than development
