*** OFFICIAL ROOTING FOR THE OPPONENT THREAD ***

Folden is the fat neighborhood bully. You'll see the defense butch up against Bethune because Folden knows they pose no threat. Then the brokes of CIS will run in here talking about the one-gap savagery that Folden just unleashed.

It'll be interesting to see if they get any heat on Kaaya. Didn't Morris get injured when someone from FAMU rolled up on his ankle in a game that we should have won by 70? That **** nagged him all year. I'd hate to see Kaaya get dinged up, but I could see BCC getting some shots in on him.
Yep. It impacted the whole season too.

Thinking along those same lines too. Does Bethune see the recent gaye photos, etc. and start to believe they can beat us because we're soft.
With some ex-Canes on the roster along with other SFLA HS players, will somebody make a big statement play that takes out Kaaya, Coley, etc.

A couple good pieces of news today from other threads: Kamalu has been fattened up and AQM running on the scout team. Things are shaping up quite nicely on the dl.

Great idea, OP. This thread should be real fun once Nebraska and Cincy roll around, some opponents who actually have a shot at beating us. I'm definitely interested in reading some breakdowns by certain posters.

Bravo on this thread. Cant wait till the first loss, whenever that may be. How many missed field goals will have occurred by then?

Fellas, let me tell you something. This rooting for Al Golden to fail thing has reinvigorated my passion for Miami Hurricanes football. I can't tell you the last time I was this fired up for a season! The last couple years I've been plagued by indifference. Had zero anticipation for the season. Zero excitement during the season. But now this comes along and changes everything. There's hope. This season isn't like the past couple where there was little hope of Al getting fired no matter the record. No this is different. We just need Al do what he does so well, underachieve and lose games, and we'll be rid of him for good.

I have to say that I think we're off to a great start. We really couldn't have asked for a better camp and Al seems to have the team well prepared for a losing season. It's clear that with the illogical depth charts, ***** drills, the *** photo shoot, stupid quotes, etc Al has brought his D game to fall camp and that's exactly what I like to see.

So as the season begins, let's keep in mind that every loss counts! Each one inches us closer to a return to our rightful place among the elites of college football. I think it will be particularly important for us to notch an early season loss. After years of losing and listening to Al's BS, this team will be fragile and it won't take much for the wheels to come off. A neb or cincy loss would do wonders for us.

Terd, you deserve a Pulitzer for that. I'm doubled up laughing.

terd got this right.

I want to watch the games on TV just to see the losses. Every loss is another bullet in Golden.

Going to be great. Finally, something positive to look forward to.

Looks like Coley is returning kickoffs and punts again. Another piece of solid news. If anyone knows his weed supplier, let's make sure he's got a steady flow of chronic heading his way.
