Well that answers things about Riggins and Hodges for the time being. Now it's up to them to handle business on the field this year.

They can always change there mind and be pushed out in theory but even if staff tried to push out they can still sign here
I would presume all of the UM commits would get an official offer. If there were plans to drop anyone, I think that would have happened already. This close to everyone's senior season, if there are doubts about a kid, I would guess the staff would give the particular kid a last chance to see how he performs on the field.

No they can't. Staff can not send them letters of intent on NSD.
It says more about how they feel about them now. Staff can still drop them later.

It’s my understanding that if they get THIS official offer that it can’t be rescinded and has to be honored. If I’m incorrect what’s correct then?
