Official Depth Chart released

Barkley is slightly better than Homer lol. Just thought it was interesting cuz I don’t think Homer has returned a kick in his first 2 years here.
I love seeing RBs returning kicks and i have been begging for Homer back there.

Can’t wait

It’s been an awful long time since we’ve had that much talent on the 2 Deep at WR. That’s doesn’t even include Pope who might end up the best of the bunch

If the guards are the 2 worst players of the 22 starters, Miami will be 12-0 and will go toe-to-toe with Clemson in Charlotte.

These 2 kids are going to be a major upgrade from the guard play last year.

If you're concerned about the OL, you should be concerned about how Donaldson will hold up at a new position. To me, he's really the only question. I think the OL is going to really surprise people this year, especially if Donaldson really does take the next step.

But the guards last year sucked balls. These 2 kids will be better.
I disagree with almost everything in this post.

Neither Mahoney nor Jones are better than Darling or Donaldson or else they would've started over them last year. Especially Donaldson who was a true freshman.

Being weakest up the middle is nothing to scoff at. Whether it's the run game getting blown up or having a clean pocket, it's extremely important to be strong up the middle. Right up the middle is the quickest way to the QB. I think you're taking our situation at guard way too lightly.

The only thing I agree with you on is that Donaldson is a question on the edge now.

That's cool, and you're entitled to your opinion. But for one, you're wrong. Secondly, kids improve. Mahoney nor Jones were better 12 months ago. They are now. This isn't playstation. The light comes on quicker for some kids than others. Some kids need development time, others don't. And I don't have quantifiable evidence to back up my claims at the moment because the kids this year haven't done it yet. But undeniably, without question, the 2 last year were below average, especially in the run game. You can't deny that. It's factually proven through graded game tape. They weren't very good at all. You're going to be very pleasantly surprised at the end of the season to see Jahair Jones and Hayden Mahoney, provided their health stays intact, will grade out as much better players than Donaldson and Darling last year.

I'll say this....IMO 1 of 2 things is happening here. Either this is the best collective OL we've had here in at least the last 5 years, or the backups are absolutely horrendous. Because I have not seen any coach, from Kehoe on down, go with the same 5 kids all fall camp and talk as glowingly as these coaches have all fall. So either this is the combo due to their talent and cohesion, or it's the combo due to every single other kid outside of DJ Scaife being completely unplayable. Because no one has as much as sniffed beating out any of these kids. We'll find out which one it is soon.

Where have you been ******?

Putting together highlight tape of Feagles to try and get him out of here.

Turns out 5 straight minutes of an idiot kicking the ball backwards didn't draw much interest.
