Offensive line recruiting and development

Has been substandard for 20 years. Is Justice the one to turn it around? Good indications so far, but far from good yet.
The mean has been stuck at below average. All the playmakers in the world can't help with that - not that we've had an abundance of more than average playmakers over the last 20 either.

We had very good line talent recruited under stoutland. we didn’t develop or coach it all that well. The ‘10 recruiting class included brandon linder, jon feliciano, shane mcdermott, seantrel henderson and malcolm bunche.

Our talent and depth and quality experience has mostly been terrible, but our schemes and poor QBs haven’t helped make our OLs look good.

recruit + train + retain is the critical equation.

If any one of those elements breaks down (at any position), drags the whole team down.

Yep. And we’ve failed at all of it. Not just evaluate. We flat out under-recruited the position. Then we gave schollies to guys who weren’t ever goig to contribute. When Golden took Brendan Loftus’s commitment, you had people who really know HS football and had seen him play who pounded the table and said this kid isn’t even a D1 player at all, anywhere. How does that happen? It wasn’t one persin saying that. Everyone who knew said it.
