This **** has happened in Miami (city) too. As much as I hate the Semenoles, this has nothing to do with the school. Goes to show how ***ked up floriduh is. Haven't heard of this happening in another other state. We're 2 for 2.
 
It's a herb not dangerous only when u add things to it or alter it just like most there food we eat gmo.
 
Horrible story. Total fruitcake. He had just been to a restaurant with his parents & then attacked these innocent people in their garage? WTF? Flakka or was he off his meds? Too bad they didn't have a gun...might be alive.

Not sure where you got your information from, but manufacturing and distributing illegal drugs is an automatic death sentence in China or many of the southeast Asian countries. Pretty sure they don't need any coercion to stop it.
