Has Brian Kelly reached Corch status yet?

I could absolutely see him "stepping down" after next year, if they don't have a 10 win season...

Especially, if they get beat by Miami this year, his seat will definitely start heating up.
 
1-3, someone had to go.

He threw the players under the bus yesterday but I would've put a paycheck on this coming today.

Looking at their schedule this season, they dont get many easy wins. That is a tough schedule, sucks they get a bye week before we roll to town tho.
 
First Kelly says "Coaching had nothing to do with the loss" then he fires BVG also curses his QB who just threw for 360 yards and ran for 60. Did turn the ball over twice but that is BVG's fault!

So he highlight the QBs "miscues" but fires the DC? A man ready to snap!

The scapegoating process has begun. This is the beginning of the end for Kelly.
 
Might have been a "Manny Diaz at Texas" situation just wrong fit for system or horrible players take your pick! Guy has a pretty good track record ask CMR.

But weird decisions with this guy gives up GA D.C.position to be linebackers coach with Jags even though GA matched offer/money. He just won The Broyles Award! Just might be a loose cannon also was at Auburn can't stay put! Or in this case ejected!
 
Between going at Kizer, throwing his players under the bus and canning BVG, I think the Kelley's lost his team talk is coming if they're not already saying it.

Was only worried about ND because they have 2 weeks to prepare for us but after duke and this it shouldnt be too bad. Plus they play stanford before us.... :newman:

Kizer couldn't have looked any more sick of hearing Kelly yap at him yesterday. You could just see "man, shut the fck up" on his face as Kelly blathered on.

He just signed a 6 year extension, I doubt he's stepping down. If ND was smart, they'd cut their losses and go after Meyer.
