That’s wild that your firm would categorically refuse to hire grads from one of the best academic institutions in the country.

It’s not all that uncommon. Firms will blacklist certain schools if they have bad experiences with that school’s hires or career services office, or if they don’t think highly of their students. Happens all the time in law, MBA hiring, financial industry.

Just go to 16. Had it been 16 this year, ND is in, BYU, Texas and Vandy are in.

Utah and USC would be out for the two group of 5.

The outrage wouldn’t be nearly the same if any at all and if you get rid of group of 5 automatic bid and simply make them have to be in the top 16, all the controversy is gone
