Notre Dame AD: ACC did “permanent damage”

And someone who is messaging, "You [Bevacqua] are flapping your mouth like you run ****. You don't run a **** thing shorty. Sit the **** down."

I continue to believe Yormark is working and building towards something very big for Big 12.

I don't know if Yormark will build something very big or not, but I can tell you that Notre Dame has nowhere to go in P4 unless they choose to join for ALL SPORTS.

Now, ND can still join the Big East or whatnot for Olympic sports, but B10, B12, and SEC are "all or nothing" on the ND sports programs.

the irony? it's never been an ELITE institution except for football in the post war, and pre-millennial eras. no respect for anyone associated with that place. that's all in their own heads.

there's a reason they are one of the institutions on my firm's "do not hire" list, when it comes to undergraduate recruiting.

Good Advice your firm has....

That’s wild that your firm would categorically refuse to hire grads from one of the best academic institutions in the country.

PLOT TWIST

Smart. Saw somewhere that Bevacqua texted Rad and told him he was glad Miami was in, thought the team was great, and hopes we go far. But Bevacqua needs to tighten up. He’s no Jack Swarbrick and he’s coming off as reactionary and emotional. He doesn’t have the credibility yet to be Sabre rattling like he is.

I hope Notre Dame cancels next season’s Miami game. Whiny little *******.

But if they don’t, push them to schedule the game earlier in this season. Not this November bull****. Now that we would be afraid to play in November, but just out of spite. Refuse to play in November.

The real question is WHO SIGNED AN MOU THAT GIVES THEM AN AUTOBID IF THEY ARE RANKED 12TH OR HIGHER NEXT SEASON?

Who had the authority to do that? Was it voted by all conferences? Did ESPN or anyone associated with the network do that?

No one is talking about that.

Supposedly it is only valid if the field is 12 or 14 teams. IDK what happens if it goes bigger....
I answered this in the Irish Tears thread the other day.

Yormark would never have allowed a situation like Duke to play in his conference’s championship over the highest ranked team in the conference.

He’s a legit Commissioner.
