Notre Dame AD: ACC did “permanent damage”

USC already took the ND game off their listed 2027 schedule. Once they switched to the BIG it was overkill... They had a more challenging schedule, MUCH more travel and 9 conference games.

I believe they are still talking but USC wanted the games switched to early season. ND would not acomodate that request so USC bounced. Notre Dame should be able to get good early season matchups, the problem is the mid to late season when everyone is right smack dab in conference play. Without the ACC gifting them these games they are screwed. No good SEC or BIG teams will schedule a game with them after conference play starts.
correct, long term they will have scheduling issues in terms of quality. do not think big 10 or SEC will put up with ND entitlement attitude. ND AD -hit and fell back in it

We weren't padding the score against Syracuse. It was 35-0 after the first quarter. 56-0 a minute into the 3rd and we had our walkons in. What was your score with them after the 1st? At half.

Same with Pitt.

Stop lying.

Classy Marcus played CJ Carr for the entire Pitt game. You scored in the 4th quarter with less than 10 minutes to go, and you marched down to the Pitt 25 with less than 3 minutes to go, but unfortunately for Notre Dame, you fell short on a 4 yard pass on 4th and 5.

Even if they leave for other sports, does anyone give a **** about ND outside of football? Lady hoops? Like who gives af if they leave. Oh no - canes baseball doesn’t travel to south bend in March for a weekend series. WTF are we talking about

Why are you guys arguing with a Domer on here??? We have the same record and beat them head to head. End of story. Their AD crying about the ACC lobbying for us, a member, to get in over them, and the strain….??? **** him in the *** with no grease seriously. What an entitled joke.

Their beef lies with the SEC, the Committee and ESecPN. The ACC needs to end the whole thing immediately with ND. They can go join the B1G

This is not really accurate.

If ND joins any other conference, they owe an exit fee to us. So unless ND is fine with playing G5 teams from now on as an Indy, they would have to pay the conference.

The TV ratings ND brings is a total myth. Numbers show a very clear picture of that.
TV numbers are not that good anymore for must see ND football . let them pay the exit fee their loaded

any relation to Kurt "couldnt hit water if he fell out of a boat" Bevacqua?

I mean, not really. We dominated Pitt and Stanford more than you did. Watch the games. We played our subs the last 1.5 quarters, when you still had your ones in trying to pad the score. But it worked for you. We should have done the same. Not hating. It was probably smart of you.
At the end of the day...

- Committee attempted to corruptly elevate Bama at expense of Miami, BYU, and ND
- Committee never imagined nightmare scenario unfolding...SMU loss + BYU loss + UVA loss + respected voices saying "this is bull****"
- Committee then chose, in its self-interest, to elevate Miami (de facto ACC champ in their rationale) vs the others while still preserving their corrupt Bama (SEC) bias
- Committee attempted to use JMU + Tulane "protocols" as top cover...obviously not working
- For the first time ever, ND doesn't get a call to go its way and there are Veruca Salt-esque meltdown videos across the Internets
- ND would do several ACC teams a favor by making good on implied threat and just leaving...the quicker Miami finds a home in SEC/B1G, the better

I would recommend allocating our portion of their exit fee towards our exit fee

If i was the commissioner, I would have said maybe ND should explore other partnerships. The audacity is blinding. You aren’t a football member. Period. ACC is supposed to advocate for its members. I want ND gone yesterday. **** them. GTFO

Lincoln Riley wants to either change the series to August or get rid of it. I hope the latter. Let them play Army, Navy and the Ivy League schools.

SC iis in the Big 10,lincolnriley was right we do not need ND, but ND AD still thinks he is the one telling you like it is that ship is sailing ......

I mean - yeah, we know - the worst officiating ever. We suffer the brunt of it, far more than them.

That dude thinks we are going to argue against him and for the ACC, defend the ACC.....

That's hilarious.
