This guy is a Hail Mary hire. He has never been involved with a big time program his entire career, and now he's going to take over FSU? I'm going to wager on this guy being in way over his head.

That was possibly the least inspiring press conference I’ve ever seen at a big time program. He reminded me of a JV football coach. He’s going to have a real hard time recruiting.
