I didn’t say he was the most talented but ya winning the Jerry Rice award and running for 1,200 yards and 15 TDs is more accomplished than Fletcher and Lyle combined.

Honestly, if put in the same situation I don’t know I’d wager any money on either of them replicating that. They might but you never know until you’re the guy

I think he’d allow us to have depth and if he can step his game up to where he forces his way to starter minutes, than we would be positioned very well. That said, his stats took a dip in their playoffs last year (assuming this is when they played their best competition). So I dunno. I wasn’t able to find alot of highlights.

Last I saw was their collective cut of NIL until they forced the school to give Ron Rivera power as the GM of football. Allowing him to hire/fire/etc.

Cal lost all rbs but they got a transfer in.

I wouldn't be rushing into that situation though this likely a negotiating plot..it's Miami or nebraska

No! It looked like it was over and he would be a Husker, but obviously Miami gave he something to think about since he didn't commit yesterday. Nebraska went low and made some statements about Miami's NIL being the only reason he isn't a Husker yet. Maybe that's true, but that is the case everyday across the board when the portal is open. Another big deal. The cheap shot they took at Miami doing portal players wrong isn't. Mario won't respond to that crap.

He was likely committing to Cal on Monday. Miami pushing for him still, the delay is probably a benefit to Miami

I read an article that Matt Ruhle has dropped out of the race because the negotiations were out of their range, which probably means they're knee deep in it.

Interesting the staff feels the need for a multi-year 1k RB when Fletcher is the goat and Hellcat/CWH are future All-Americans.
