Sooo Rhule is a cuck ***, ***** made *** *****, huh? Bruh blame your NIL collective for being cheap and/or poor! “Miami out here buying everyone and throwing money around all willy nilly. We refuse to play their game. Mario is the boogeyman”! Stop blaming others for your failures. **** or get off the pot! Don’t try to play at the big money table, then ***** and blame the other players money, when you lose. Nah *****, play smarter. Nobody made you sit yo poor *** at the big money table knowing you didn’t have but $1000. Get yo money up. There’s plenty of other cheaper options outchea in the portal. Maybe one of those young men will be a bit more suitable to your financial situation. Coach Rhule don’t hate the player, hate the game.

Look brother you are the one who wrote “zero percent”. A very strong statement. You had to expect someone to pull the receipt.

Hopefully you are happy to be wrong in your prediction.
There was zero percent until Cal gave him a deadline as if they are stacked at RB. Kid took offense and told them to kick rocks. But lets not act like he wasn't heading to Cal. He is RB1 to easy!

But Harsin still ****ed about the loss to us and overplayed his hand

Fletcher had 3 fumbles last season and another in the spring game…

He will take his spot if a jump isn’t made in production and ball security. Same type of mold but breaks more tackles imo from what I’ve seen on film compared to what I’ve seen in person from Fletch. The ypc is lower, but he had a ton of work and wore down. 244 carries is insane, especially from a young guy.

Lyle should be given every chance to take RB1 duties, but a lot of teams are rotating 3 backs now throughout the season to preserve health. We’re seeing it in the NFL too (at least heavy 2 back rotations with closer splits in workload).
lol, well back to reality, Fletcher ain’t losing snaps, regardless what happens. Idk why that wouldn’t be clear after last season… Fletcher is RB2 pretty much no matter what. All just gotta accept it, as it ain’t changing.

Everyone should hope Lyle really breaks out as clear RB1, and that Fletchers carries remain at like 30-35% instead of ballooning. To >40%

He is literally RB 3/4....Some of you have to stop conflating every pickup as a starter...We need depth and dudes to practice too
Guess you missed me say the other day he immediately comes in more accomplished than Fletcher and Lyle. Not necessarily better but he's the only one in that room that has been "the guy". That will count for something.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if he's just the guy that does nothing but go forward and ends up taking over the lion's share. Fletcher fumbles and Lyle takes losses too often. He's not RB3 or 4. He's in the picture for RB1 immediately in my opinion.

Been an NDSU season ticket holder for 20 years. Watched ChaMar, Marty, Brown play every game. One thing I will tell you is that you won't find a better guy that runs behind his pads and gets every yard out of his carries. Very good in pass protection. If you look at his game log, you will see a lot of 20 carry, 90 to 110 yards games. I would say my one knock on him as he doesn't break a lot of big runs, but part of that is how NDSU runs their offense. Traditional west coast offense, a lot of under center, running power, inside zone and outside zone.

On a personal note, the word from most boosters around NDSU was that Marty was planning on staying at NDSU. Had committed to the NIL NDSU has in place. Obviously the draw to play FBS and the NIL money at the P5 level is life changing. He saw an opportunity to change his life long term and his mother's life. I am extremely happy for the young man. I am a diehard NDSU fan and Miami Hurricane fan.

Brown carried the ball 244 times and had 6 catches last season. In those 250 touches did not put the ball on the field a single time. Zero fumbles.
