Thats Earl Little Jr
There was one like that on US-1 in Dania (although the building it is on doesn’t ring a bell). Used to see it every Sunday as a kid going to John U. Lloyd. My old view of southbound I-95 when I first enrolled at UM in the 1980s...there was a high-rise building to the west side of the road that had a huge mural of the adult Coppertone girl. as O seem to recall.
Then I believe this one with the Coppertone baby was on...LeJeune?
I might need @SpikeUM to refresh my memory on these old Miami landmarks...

Got a good kick out of this earlier today...
In all seriousness and no slight to the bench press but do you feel body weight or calisthenics training is inadequate to achieve the benefits of long health your ascribe to resistance training? My entire world off the boards is in this area. All I do during my days is discuss health and fitness and aging and Canes football
If he’s not talking about lifting weights then it’s not for me. The single best “healthy aging” thing a human being can do is resistance training
I would go further and say if you’re gonna be a Miami fan then the importance of exercise as a way to mitigate stress becomes even more important
Or if not already posted “little earl”"Littler"?
Ummm…they* went to FSU…did you think they were Mensa members? Are all the FSU “media“ this retarded? Because this ******* guy is a tard and a half.
Virginia Tech has restrooms.FSU isn't as easy or glamorous of a job as their fans think it is. Sky high expectations, a ceiling on resources/donations/NIL, and direct competition with the top programs in Florida and the south. At VT, Franklin would have time.
Look at Jimmy Murphy. All business. But my god what a dark time this was. Good uniforms there too and we ruined it.
Nothing is inappropriate on CIS....Nothing!
Are all the FSU “media“ this retarded?
Yes, its possible, while the benefits might not be as great as using free or machine weights, you might be surprised how hard of a workout you can do with just body weight. Recent research has determined that higher reps, even around 20, can build and/or maintain muscle. You can do things like weighted chinups, or even one armed chinups. One legged squats can be a killer, the balance needed for those is a great training regimen. In all seriousness and no slight to the bench press but do you feel body weight or calisthenics training is inadequate to achieve the benefits of long health your ascribe to resistance training?
If it makes you feel better my daughter is 47…
We have had to endure so much bull**** as a fanbase, they really should do a good deed and throw us the bone of the playoffs this year.
For like, forever.
