Spot on and you’ve been spot on and there’s a group of us who have been cheering you on quietly for speaking truth and facts. This is a 7–5, 8-4 win team right now, in what Mario’s 4th or 5th year? All those resources and he has a grand total of 1 win more than Manny. I can’t anymore with this man. It was a great 10 win season. But somehow we had Cam Ward and couldn’t even make it to the ACCCG yet without all these other holes filled, some people think it’s all good??? Smh

Corey Heatherman, you’re about to earn every single penny my friend. Good thing is I have faith in him to make this defense somewhat respectable.

Bad news is I don’t think we have the depth to hold up when regression for injuries comes full circle (we were the luckiest team in America last year when it comes to that, chances are we won’t be as lucky this year).

We also failed Carson Beck if we’re being totally honest. Relying on JoJo, Carr and Malachi Toney is absolutely criminal and unfair to both Beck and the WR room. That to me is my biggest gripe of the offseason. We have one veteran in there, and it’s not like he lit the world on fire at LSU.

I can see it now, next year Feld is about to get a real influx of criticism lol. Better pre-emptively add a new S&C coach to the CIS needs list to get ahead of the game.

Yes we need to stay healthy.
 
sam brown's stupidity really changed the offseason mood on here.

jojo and Carr could be better than brown, but if he had correctly stayed.. are people freaking out as much?

Mine has 79 not including specialists, Though I'd guess at least 2 are on scholarship (Joyce P, Auburn K, Davis K, and maybe Adam Booker LS), but 83 if you include all of them.

But idk if I'm missing anyone:

I appreciate the kind words but I have to say I am not off the Mario train. I just don’t think this needs to be a 10 year process.

Absolutely. Especially when talent talent acquisition is supposed to be Mario's biggest strength.

Our high school class only had 3 top 150 players.

The "yeah but the portal class.." excuse leaves out some important details.

Beck was NOT at the top of our list. At WR we whiffed on options A, B, C. **** happened at multiple positions.

That can't happen as long as we have to out talent our opponents.

No. I don’t care that much anymore really. Just my opinion. I think this is a 7-8 win team… unless the portal does something unexpected at this point. Bump it in December, if I’m wrong I’m wrong.

Agreed. It shouldn’t be this “difficult” with the resources he has. Why so many give him a pass is beyond me.

That’s my point and the frustration and the point I’ve quietly watched you make for a good while now. He has 1 more win than manny over 4 years and many more resources. The evals overall have been a problem. Year in and year out. We pick the wrong 4 stars or we don’t know what to do with them or both.
