Jamal Carters name is always coming up because he always makes bone headed plays. Quarterman has been quietly doing an amazing job and I believe he is already or close to what Perryman was here.

Lol - Quarterman has gotten plenty of props here.
 
Shaq is a monster. To be honest, our 3freshman LB's have held on better than I expected. I thought they would be out of gas at this point in the season and holding on for dear life do to injury and wear down. These3 are something special. No quit, no back down just brawlers. Love these 3. Them, JJ and our DL will be scary, hopefully Malek and whoever fills the other safety and corner spots steps up big.

Let's admit, these pst couple games we haven't said his name even all he has done is been consistent.
 
Shaq is a fuggin beast!!! Its really amazing that this kid was playing HS last year. Pickney too. McCloud also made some nice plays today. These kids are really special. Add AR15 to the mix and few others and we have a really solid foundation to build on.

Props to Shaq and the rest of the freshmen.

Its refreshing watching a good defense after 5 years of a sh$t show
 
Shaq has been very good the last couple of games. I think he got banged up early and he's learning how to play through it. The future is very bright for that trio

Shaq gets mad props... All deserved!

He played one **** of a game today too, not many flashy plays, but was in the trenches all game long making key tackles on their Senior RB.

He's the Captain of this Defense even as a True Freshman & in Mafia terms, he's already a made guy...

This board mostly likes to bytch and post derogatory ****. You don't see much when someone is playing well. They like to focus on the negatives.

Our 3 freshmen linebackers have far, far exceeded any reasonable expectations. We may never see anything like this again. Appreciate it for what it is while it's happening.

It is amazing how well all three of the frosh have played. Not to mention they have all managed to not sustain a major injury. Very impressed by all three.
 
The only person on the team more consistent this year has been Elder IMO. Richards is close too but Shaq has played like a veteran from the first snap. He has been nothing short of phenomenal.
