I think the quote was that we would lose someone we love, but gain someone we love and are familiar with.

My guess, we lose Rumph and add one of Lamar Thomas/Kevin Beard as WR coach OR Ed Reed to replace Rumph.

I doubt Kevin Dorsey is coming here, although I wouldn't mind as QB coach.

Cap, don't have an involuntary nocturnal emission just yet. Nothing is confirmed. I like the idea of Dorsey as QB coach. He knows the NFL game and what it takes gain NFL attention. Put Canes in the NFL, and the recruiting will take a step forward. A QB specialist and an OC with brains and balls will complement the solid defense. The only questions will be the special teams and conditioning. Please, no more 15-yard punts, meager kick/punt returns, players ending careers early, and gassed players in the 4th quarter.
